- Provisional bookings will be held for 2 weeks (subject to availability)
- To confirm your booking please send a letter of confirmation with a deposit for room hire
- Deposits are non-refundable
- The balance is required 2 weeks prior to the event
- Upon receipt of the deposit a confirmation letter will be sent out
